It is the time when the apples are harvested, and we get to taste the first cider. Deliciously fresh apple cider with a hint of autumnal spices — served hot- is perfect for those who are not yet ready to wear a winter jacket.
Brew for 10-12 minutes at 200-212*F. Use 1 level teaspoon/ 1 tea bag per 6-ounce cup. Re-steep up to 3 times.
