Sweet elderflower meets wonderfully sparkling wine. The perfect drink to enjoy on a picnic blanket, spread out on a blooming summer meadow. Surrounded by blossoming elderberry umbels and pink rose petals, you can just take it easy. The ingredient "buchu leaves" gives this creation a very special, almost fruity touch, while eucalyptus provides cooling nuances. Cheers!
Brew for 5-10 minutes at 200-212*F. Use 1 teaspoon/ 1 tea bag per 6-ounce cup. Re-steep up to 3 times. Tastes great as an iced tea.
